Scientific journal "Ekaterina Institute Vestnik" (founder of the Autonomous Educational Institution of Higher Education "University of Management and Innovative Technologies").

It has been published since 2007, and since 2010 the journal has been included in the List of leading peer-reviewed scientific journals and publications in which the main scientific results of dissertations for the degree of Candidate (Doctor) of Sciences recommended by the Higher Attestation Commission under the Ministry of Science and Higher Education of the Russian Federation should be published.

Based on the Decision of the Presidium of the Higher Attestation Commission under the Ministry of Science and Higher Education of the Russian Federation dated 21.02.2023, the journal is included in the new List of leading peer-reviewed scientific journals (№ 489 in the list of peer-reviewed publications), belongs to the K2 category, is indexed in scientometric databases and is presented as part of a number of information resources.

When selecting articles for publication, the journal is guided by the general norms adopted for scientific periodicals and established in the global academic community, as well as the rules adopted in international scientometric databases, including Scopus, Web of Science, Index Copernicus, and the Russian Science Citation Index.

The content presented in the journal and on this website is available under the terms of a copyright license that excludes the arbitrary use of full-text versions of publications and obliges to refer to the authors and the journal when quoting them.

Throughout the entire period of the journal's publication, more than one and a half thousand articles by leading Russian and foreign scientists and practitioners have been published on its pages, successfully solving the complex task of theoretical understanding of the ongoing changes in the field of history, economics and law. Among the authors of the journal are heads of federal and regional authorities, distinguished foreign and Russian lawyers, leading economists, international experts, university professors, managers and specialists of enterprises and organizations, doctoral students and graduate students.

The publication is addressed to scientists, teachers, graduate students, students, as well as heads and specialists of government, local government and business structures. It publishes scientific and practical articles, scientific reviews, reviews and reports.

The mission and main objective of the journal is to promote the development of scientific communications in higher education institutions, the formation of scientific schools and directions around the journal, information support for priority scientific research, and the popularization of progressive scientific ideas. The publication aims to promote the discovery and promotion of creatively gifted young scientists.

The journal promotes the effectiveness of cooperation between representatives of the University's scientific schools of Management and innovative Technologies (professors, teachers, scientists, researchers, postgraduates, doctoral students, students) in the field of research.

The publication presents the scientific achievements of scientists in the scientific community of Russia and abroad and has become a platform for holding round tables in collaboration with university scientists, graduate students, the scientific community, research institutes, foundations and libraries.

Articles published in the journal are assigned the international Digital Object Identifier (DOI), which is the most common standard for naming information on the Internet. DOI is used by international scientific organizations and publishing houses. This identifier is accepted for data exchange between scientists.

The general management of the editorial policy of the journal is carried out by the Editorial Board and the Editorial Board consisting of prominent scientists in the field of education.

VOLKOV, Doctor of Historical Sciences, Full Professor, Full member of the Academy of Military Sciences, Honored Worker of Higher Education of the Russian Federation, Honorary Worker of Higher Education of the Russian Federation, laureate of the Marshal of the Soviet Union G.K. Zhukov State Prize, is the Editor-in-Chief of the Ekaterina Institute Vestnik. He is a specialist in the field of Russian history, the history of Russian statehood, ethnology, military history, patriotic education and youth policy.

Aleksandr Pavlovich is the head of the author's team of the fundamental scientific research "Educating patriots of the Motherland", a scientific school of patriotic education of the population and preparation of youth for military service. He has trained eight Doctors of sciences and more than forty candidates of historical sciences as a scientific supervisor (consultant).

He has published more than two hundred scientific papers in the field of Russian history, military history, military-patriotic and patriotic education of the population, the history of Russia's economic development, the history of political parties and movements. Among them are monographs: "Political parties and movements in Russia: documents and materials" (1992), "Historical experience of the activities of state bodies and societies, organizations of the USSR for the preparation of youth for the defense of the Motherland in 1961-1991" (1994), "USSR – Victory in World War II" (2008), "Preparation of youth for the defense of the Motherland: 1961-1991: historical experience and problems" (2007), "Recruiting the Russian army in 1874-1914" (2009), "Educating patriots of the Motherland: a monograph" (2011), "The Forge of victorious Warriors" (2021) and others.

He holds government and departmental awards of the USSR, the Russian Federation, and Kazakhstan, including the Order of Merit for the Fatherland, II degree, was awarded the Honorary Diploma of the President of the Russian Federation, winner of the first prize of the Minister of Defense of the Russian Federation for the textbook "History" (2016), has commendations and honorary diplomas of the Minister and Deputy Ministers of Defense of the Russian Federation, Director The Federal Service of the National Guard of Russia. A veteran of the Armed Forces of the Russian Federation.

Scientific and literary editing, prepress of articles, printing, as well as operational relations with authors and subscriptions are provided by the staff of the editorial staff of the scientific journal "Ekaterina Institute Vestnik".
